Arriving by bus

 

The 10a service from Liverpool via Prescot, and from St Helens stops in Rainhill Road. Walk to the traffic lights, go over the bridge to the Village centre and turn right through the precinct.

The 61 service from Widnes and Prescot stops in the Village centre.

Arriving by train.

Trains from Liverpool and Manchester stop at Rainhill. Leave the station by the main exit and cross the road into Station Street. Go forward into the Village centre, cross the main road and go to the right towards the shopping precinct.

Arriving by Car
Rainhill lies on the A57 Prescot - Warrington road, about 1 mile west of junction 7 of the M62. This junction connects with link roads to St Helens and Widnes.

From junction 7, follow the A57 towards Prescot and just before the village centre you will pass two churches on the left. Continue through the pedestrian traffic lights and take the first left after the crossing. Follow the road round the back of the precinct and park on the car park to the right. The hall is on the left.

From the west, follow the A57 from Prescot and Whiston. Drive over Rainhill railway bridge and take the first right before the pedestrian crossing. Follow the road round to the right behind the precinct and enter the car park on the right.

When leaving the hall turn right out of the car park, as the road to the left becomes one way. At the end of the road (Weaver Avenue) turn right towards traffic lights with the A57, Warrington Road. Turn left for Whiston and Prescot and right for St Helens and the motorway.
